DUTIES:
W&T – Dishwashing, bussing tables, host/hostess duties, kitchen help
Internship:

planning menus
ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
ordering supplie
handling customer enquiries and complaints
taking reservations
problem solving
preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
handling administration and paperwork
making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant
NATIONALITY: Preferably Thailand, Taiwan, Phillipines
MINIMUM ENGLISH: Conversational or Fluent English
WAGE: $11+ hourly
END OF SEASON BONUS: N/A
AVERAGE HOURS: 35- 40 weekly
OVERTIME: Available on occasion
FREQUENCY OF PAY: Bi-weekly
WORK SCHEDULES: 6 days per week; 6-8 hours per day
