Location: 5 – 10 minute walk from work location, beach and downtown Avalon.
Number of tenants: 4 – 7 students per household, 2 – 4 per room, same gender only.
Rules & regulations:
• No smoking in the house or exterior, this includes the balcony area.
• No visitors. No-one comes into the house except the people living there.
• You are expected to wash your own dishes after each meal and keep the housing unit clean.

EMPLOYER PICK-UP: the employer picks up from the boat terminal in Avalon, but the students will need to make their own way from the airport to the island
