Beach Attendants provide guests with chairs, towels, and umbrellas for their day at the beach. These individuals also maintain the cleanliness and safety of our beach. During lunch service, beach tenders act as servers/food runners offering non-alcoholic beverages and boxed lunches to our guests. Beach tenders must enjoy being outside on the beach during nice weather, exhibit strong communication skills and have a passion for the industry
Servers: this position requires a focused, confident, well-spoken individual dedicated to guiding guests through their dining experience. Applicants must be comfortable offering suggestions and recommendations, must know how to prioritize, delegate and respond in a timely fashion, and be able to work autonomously in some cases. Firm knowledge of all menus is mandatory inclusive of wine and cocktail lists.
Culinary: the participants will experience different areas of the kitchen, garde manager, cold line, hot line, pastry, banquets/events.
Guests services: work with the Front Desk, learning the systems, working with the housekeeping schedule, Group Blocks and arrivals, Ordering and Inventorying.
Food and Beverage: the participants will learn SOP’s for all areas of the front of house, have a working knowledge of all shifts, banquets/events, menus and serving standards.
Housepeeng: cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and sanitizing hotel rooms, removing litter, making beds, changing linen.

We will provide housing only if the student work for the hotel in the event we terminate the employee either voluntary or involuntary they housing contract will end the same week.
HOUSING COSTS: $105/weekly and is deducted from the paycheck.
