JOB TITLE: Housekeeping, dishwashing, cook assistants, busser, front desk (depending on English level), host. 

Host: greet the customers and show them to their seats. They monitor the restaurant and sections and sit tables accordingly to achieve the optimal business level. They may answer the phone, take to go orders, and assist bussers in clearing and setting tables for service. They are expected to provide excellent customer service. Hosts may have an opportunity to become servers depending on job performance and English levels.

Busser: help set up and clean tables before and after service. Bussers may assist servers in taking and serving drink orders or carrying food to table. Bussers are expected to provide excellent customer service. Bussers may have the opportunity to become servers depending on job performance and English levels.

Housekeeper: perform a combination of cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms and/or public hall way areas in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include: making beds, cleaning and replenishing bathroom supplies, emptying waste baskets, dusting furniture and equipment. Other duties as assigned. Students must be able to work independently and perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body such as lifting, balancing, climbing, stooping, bending at the knee to clean.

Dishwasher: clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
