12 months Front Office Internship program in a 4* hotel.
The hourly wage is $14.50.
Training plan of the participant:
1) Front Desk. The participant will learn the basics of property’s management systems and procedures.
2) Night Audit. The participant will learn how to check in/out guests, take reservations, perform accounting duties.
3) Guest Services / PBX. The participant will learn how to deal with the certain hotel issues and also how the scheduled back of the house procedures are organised (room repairs, room services requests, etc.).
4) Concierge. The participant will learn the technology through which a concierge amasses the information to answer the many varied guests questions and issues.
Housing: Provided for the first 30 days complementary so the candidates can find a place to live in the area.Worksite - Housing distance: 1-5 milesSecond Job: Allowed
