12 months Internship

Wage: $12.85 per hour

Hotel Front Desk:

• you will be able to apply theoretical knowledge to practice through the training;
• you will be directly exposed to the American style of hotel management and operation;
• you will develop a comprehensive understanding of front desk operations.

Guest Experience Coordinator:

• you will be crossed trained in the different sub-areas under Guest Services to learn all aspects of the hotel’s daily operations;
• you will assist the Rooms Division Manager in managing the guest experience from pre-arrival, arrival and satisfied departure.

Management and leadership development:

• you will adapt the ability to demonstrate proficient understanding and application of the skills needed to be a successful supervisor;
• you will be trained on the daily management and expectations of the customer service standards of an upscale American hotel.
