Duties:

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the Front-of-the-House including all tables, chairs, highchairs, floors and back-of-the-house including trays, trash, recycling, bus area and floors. Assists service staff, restocks dining room with china, silverware, glassware, utensils, and maintains adequate supplies in the work stations when dining room is opened. Keep adequate linen supplies in dining rooms. Restocks same throughout evenings.
