DUTIES: Performs a variety of tasks in the kitchen and works under

the supervision of the kitchen manager or chef. Follows company standard

to prepare food according to proper preparation methods given. Must be

able to cut, broil, sauté, & fry. Practices safe food handling

procedures and keeps work area neat and tidy. Prepare food prep and

production recipes based upon current menu. Responsible for unpacking

and organizing received goods for the kitchen. Light cleaning required.

food.
