JOB TITLE: Front Desk Agent
QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly professionals.
DUTIES: The Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. As the first point of contact, manage all aspects of guest accommodation. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. Prior face-to-face experience is a huge plus but your attitude is more important. You must have a polished presentation with professional communication skills. Must be able to multitask! Shifts are 7am-3 pm, 3 pm – 11 pm.
WAGE: $15 per hour
JOB TITLE: Housekeeping
QUALIFICATIONS: Lift up to 50 lbs.
DUTIES: Clean, dust, polish and vacuum to make sure guest rooms and bathrooms meet hotel standards. Change linens, make beds, leave the bathroom sparkling. Restock all guest room supplies and amenities. Organize linen closet, restock cart, prepare for the shift. Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
WAGE: $15 per hour
JOB TITLE: Banquet Server
QUALIFICATIONS: Good English command.
DUTIES: Provide assistance to banquet manager in serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience. Set up banquet room as requested by the supervisor to include glassware, serviceware, linen. Attend roll call meetings before events kick off in order to learn function particulars, including hotel and guest expectations. Greet and welcome guests and respond to their requests in a courteous and friendly manner. Serve the beverage and food in the appropriate order and in tune with the expectation of the supervisor so as to ensure consistency throughout the banquet. Quickly remove dishes as guests finish each meal at the end of each meal or function. Abide by all corporate act, laws and requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
