Duties:

Ice-cream scooper:

• Opening duties such as stocking the store for the days work, cleaning and assembling various ice cream machines.
• Prepare food items, such as ice cream dishes, using standard formulas or following directions.
• Worked both in the store and on the trucks scooping ice cream and baking cookies.
• Serve food, ice cream, run cash register and open and close the shop

General help:

• Feed, weighs, mix, and transports ingredients and performs any combination of following tasks to assist other workers in processing ice-cream: Move ingredients from storage to production area, using handtruck.
• Weigh and mix ingredients under supervision of MIXER OPERATOR.
• Remove and stack ingredients machine, and transports them to storage area.
