Culinary Breakfast Operations:

• Learn to efficiently prepare mass quantities of food. 
• Learn the various stations and efficient set up in each area of the buffet 
• Learn to read tickets and prepare food from ticket orders 

Advanced Training/Fine Dining:

• During the lunch and dinner dining periods, you will rotate through up to 3 restaurants of the hotel.
• You will focus on formal plated meals to meet both the aesthetic and palate expectations of the guests.
